Wine, family and local heritage for three generations
The story of A Casa di Paola is also closely connected to the land and the winemaking tradition of the Sfriso family.
Our farm was born from a passion passed down from generation to generation: a deep bond with the vineyards, the Chiarano area and respect for what nature has to offer.
The Winery
Our farm has a history spanning three generations. It all began with Luciano Sfriso, who started growing vines in the 1920s.
Since then, dedication and love for the land have been passed down from father to son, creating a traditional family-run business.
Today, the vineyards cover 7.5 hectares divided into three plots: two in the municipality of Chiarano and one in Staffolo, a hamlet in the Venetian area on the border between the provinces of Treviso and Venice.

Our wines are made exclusively from our own vineyards and are carefully tended at every stage.
Quality begins with the care of the vines and respect for the land. For us, the most important rule is simple: to respect what nature has to offer.

The sale of wines and liqueurs was our family’s first business and, over time, it has become an important part of our story.
Guests of the Bed & Breakfast can find a carefully selected range of Italian and international wines and liqueurs. For collectors, fine vintage wines and rare liqueurs from Europe and around the world are also available.
